Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch most orders within 48hrs of payment on a Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. 

For our Polycarbonate Mesh Lids, due to the custom-nature of these, there is a lead time of 5 working days prior to dispatch - we will notify you of any additional delays if encountered.

If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will always notify you and inform you of the expected delivery date.

If for any reason your order encounters a delay we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss.  

Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email with the relevant tracking details.

Shipping Costs

• UK Shipping: FREE TRACKED 48hr postage is included for all orders £50 or over. For any orders below this value, standard Tracked 48hr postage will cost £3.50
  
  
• International Shipping: We charge a flat rate of £23.50 for Europe and £35 for all other international orders, with TRACKED AND SIGNED shipping

Tax and Customs Duties: International customers (i.e. non-UK) are responsible for any additionally duties and import taxes when they receive their order.
